Conference Fee

NOTES: the online fee includes: Access to the online conference platform ( streaming, multimedia, presentations, discussion pannels) conference proceedings in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (open access).

All conference delegates and presenting authors must register and pay the conference fee. Registration is ONLY possible via bank transfer. Prior to registration, please prepare all invoice details.

Once payment is completed, the invoice will be issued and sent by email.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of reservation cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Secretariat of the conference by E-mail:metalforming2022@cmes.org

Please quote your Order ID. The Order ID will be assigned during the reservation process,you can also find it in the“Dashboard-My Orders” when you have logged into the website.

Refunds

Offline Conference：Before August 8th, 2022 – full fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 80 USD.
Online Conference：If the conference is held as schedule – payment is non-refundable.

Visa Application 

China has issued a new visa-applying policy, it may take some time from the application to get the fastest approval of a visa. For details of visa application, please find the nearest Chinese Consulate or Embassy in your country.
